Of course, you are backed-up by a world-class R&D team, great colleagues and lots of ‘can-do’ spirit.You will work primarily in C and be familiar with embedded systems, as well as being able to grasp the whole picture. In the role as embedded software engineer at LumenRadio you will work both strategically and hands-on and be part of all stages of products development: specification, design, implementation, verification, documentation and support.Your backgroundLumenRadio is looking for someone who loves working in electronic systems. Preferably you have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree with a major in electronics engineering, computer science or related area. You have minimum 5 years professional experience in embedded software development. For this position, we put a lot of emphasis on your personality and interest for technology. You have a good understanding of C and the challenges of writing low-level software (without an operating system or as part of an operating system). You should also be comfortable with understanding and reading circuit diagrams and data sheets.As a person, you are social and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. An important part of this job is to help your colleagues grow and vice versa. You should be open to feedback and learning new things in order to be able to develop in your job.LumenRadio is an international company and you therefore need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You also need to be able to understand Swedish at a basic level.
