As a part of our "100-more years" strategy we are now looking for a Digital Analyst.
Clas Ohlson is starting a journey to use data more effectively across the organisation in how we brings our brand promise to life for our customers. You will have the opportunity to lead this change as we develop our digital capabilities, developing performance metrics, diagnostic analytics and ultimately predictive insights about our customers’ digital experience. Your role will support both the development of new digital experiences and the operation of our existing eCommerce business. The job means switching contexts between customer data, sales data, eCommerce and digital experience data as we iterate on current digital platforms and take bold steps with new ones. In this role you will support design and development teams in designing and executing A/B tests of new experiences. You will have the freedom to identify new patterns in our customer and sales data both to direct development of our digital experience and to advance commercial promotions. You will be a lead investigator of new opportunities that our unique assets of sales and customer data can deliver in our online environment, from recommendation engines to personalised experiences to integration of the digital experience in-store. You will operate within our existing data infrastructure, but you will also help define new capabilities, (including new data) for the organisation to benefit from. You're going to be the go-to person for answers, but also an agent of change in the organisation’s way of working.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you should be highly data-literate, intellectually curious and a people-person. We believe that you have a least 5 years' of experience in digital analytics.
You have anadvanced proficiency with MSFT PowerBI, SQL Server, Google Analytics and you are proficient with IBM Watson, Microsoft AI other machine learning technologies.
We speak English as our primary language: excellent spoken and written English are requirements. Knowledge in Swedish and/or other Nordic languages are also helpful.
It is also important that you have the ability to work in a distributed team.
