We are looking for a skilled Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, with a research background in Software Testing to join us in our ITEA3 TESTOMAT Project.
The tasks of the position mainly consist of research and supervision of master and bachelor students, in the area of test selection, prioritization and optimization.
In addition, the appointment requires to actively act to create new funding, applications for research grants, and to participate in strengthening the research and managing of projects in collaboration with industrial and academic partners.
The candidate is expected to work closely with the MDH staff and other scientific partners, as well as the national industrial partners of the university.
The qualification requirement for appointment as a Researcher is degree of Doctor, or equivalent academic competence or other professional qualifications of significance with regard to the subject content of the appointment and the duties included in the appointment.
To be qualified for appointment as a Researcher the applicant must have demonstrated the academic skills required for the appointment. Academic skills may also have been demonstrated by the ability to achieve results in research through cooperation in joint projects of benefit to academia and industry/the public sector/society in general and through the ability to disseminate research.

Publication in leading conferences and journals, as well as a track record of collaboration with industrial partners are essential. The applicant should have demonstrated the ability to carry out both independent and team-based research within national and international environment, as well as the potential applicability and technology transfer of his/her research via prototype tools developed in collaboration with peer colleagues.
