Our Future Talent Programme - Leadership Track is a two-year programme that will support your development and grow your professional and leadership skills in a truly international environment. From day one you will be delivering results as a team member and hold a permanent position. Together with your manager you will plan the content of your programme and he/she will coach you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and experience a network of colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained great experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company. The Future Talent Programme starts in September 2019. The position is based in Lund, Sweden but includes local and international job rotations.
In the position as Future Talent, Industrial IoT Data Engineer you will part of a cross functional and dynamic team specialized in Industrial IoT Data Systems with technology ranging from embedded software to cloud based software, driving the innovation of digital technologies. You will be involved in the development of new digital technologies for Tetra Pak Equipment and Services as well as new digital products based on the digitalization of our packaging material. Development is done in close cooperation with colleagues from Tetra Pak's embedded automation software as well as colleagues in our and Global Information management IT organization.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lot of energy, autonomy, strong drive for results and ability to deliver on time. You are curious and eager to learn new things. You are a fast thinker who likes to solve problems and to work with people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about what you do/about the area of IoT and Digitalisation.
-Master's degree within Electrical Engineering with focus on Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Physics or Information and Communications Engineering with focus on Automation. OBS! To qualify for this trainee programme, your Master's degree cannot be older than from 2018.
-We appreciate applicants with special knowledge (experience or studies) or interest within IoT and Digitalization.
-Experience or studies within high-level programming software (C++, Java, C#, Cloud computing, to some extend data science (Big data)), automation or digitally related products is considered a requirement.
-Working at Tetra Pak you need to be able to work and learn in English, verbally as well as in writing.
